Welcome! Serving buyers and sellers in our area is a great joy for me and I always look forward to handing my clients the keys to their new home. My family has had a long-time love for real estate – we have a history of craftsman home builders, agents, and investors…and many of my weekends growing up were spent house hunting and visiting open houses (a tradition I continue with my family today). I specialize in working with clients throughout the Greater Seattle area (including the Eastside) and am honored to have received Seattle Magazine’s “Five Star Agent, Best In Client Satisfaction” Award three times. I have also been privileged to have sold more real estate than any other agent based out of Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, or Kenmore in the past 3 years. I enjoy putting my marketing background to use through listing and presenting homes. I have a proven track record for promoting and negotiating homes to sell at or near listing price. In the past year, my average sale price was over 100% of the listed price. To put that in perspective, my average list-to-sale ratio has earned my sellers roughly $10,000 more per sale than the average listing in King County. Beyond listing homes, I enjoy working with buyers. I have trained to teach homebuyer education classes through the WA State Housing Finance Commission, earned my Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation, and understand that today’s homebuyer requires a higher level of representation to help them thoughtfully navigate the real estate process – not just someone to show them a few houses. I love finding ways to save my buyers money, negotiate on their behalf, and help win competitive offer situations for them. My approach is to partner alongside each client to assist them in making healthy real estate decisions.
